Pricing

Our prices are per treatment and are based off the square footage of the treatment area, whether it is your entire yard or just a portion. We don't require a contract, and you can cancel at any time. We can tailor any of our packages to best fit your needs.


The prices below are estimations. We will measure your exact square footage when creating your estimate.


(Please note that these prices are not related to our outside perimeter pest control package, which is a flat $59 per treatment.)

Average Neighborhood Lawn

A typical neighborhood lawn of about a quarter acre or less ranges from $54 - $95 per treatment.

Up to Half an Acre - The Pups are Happy!

A more roomy lot ranging from about 1/4 an acre to 1/2 acre would be between $95 and $160 per treatment.

A Little Bit Bigger - Soccer Parties Held Here

Properties between 1/2 acre and 3/4 quarter acre lot would range from $160 - $200 per treatment.



The Big Ones - We Know Who Is Hosting the BBQ

Larger properties measuring 3/4 acre to 1 acre range from $200 - $240 per treatment.


Over an Acre - Let's Get Goats!

Acreages are priced at $240 an acre, but exact square footage is always measured, so you'll pay for the exact area you would like treated.
